Why We Do It: Dr. Dani’s mission is driven by a passion to destigmatize mental health through a non-traditional approach that blends life coaching with therapy. Her approach, shaped by personal experiences and a deep commitment to being present as a parent, emphasizes the importance of setting boundaries to manage capacity and provide effective support.

When We Began: Since 2019, Danielle Alexander has been shaping a mental health platform that goes beyond stereotypes, offering a holistic approach to life coaching and therapy. With a strong focus on high performers, life transitions, and empowering black women aged 14-26, Danielle’s work continues to be impactful and transformative.

Dr. Dani

Dr. Dani is a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor with over 2 years of experience dedicated to supporting and guiding moms new to motherhood. Previously, she provided mental health services to individuals ranging from 4 years old to late adulthood.

Fulfilled with her career and working experiences, Danielle understands the delicate balance between professional pursuits and the desire to be an intentional mother who shows up for her kids without being consumed by work. This realization fuels her passion for serving moms navigating the challenges of new motherhood. She believes that this population requires specialized assistance in making effective transitions and learning to manage their mental health during these transformative periods.

With a diverse therapeutic background, Danielle has offered her expertise in Juvenile Justice centers, psychiatric hospitals, and school settings. Her commitment extends beyond individual counseling sessions, as she is also a Crisis Intervention Training - Youth (CIT-Y) trainer, contributing to the professional development of mental health practitioners. Danielle has actively contributed to mental health programs within Georgia through her written articles.

Danielle's empathetic approach and personal understanding of the struggles faced by working moms enrich her ability to provide compassionate and specialized mental health support. She is dedicated to helping moms intentionally navigate the complexities of balancing career and motherhood, ensuring they can show up for their kids and themselves.
